Things I Did

For this project I successfully was promoted to Production Director and was responsible for scaling and growing our production team (including QA) to support a 70 person development team with a 4 year development cycle. Working alongside the co-founders was also part of the pitching team where we successfully signed a multi-million dollar publishing deal. In addition to this support and lead growth of the overall team from 20-70 within one year with a 40% of the team being non-male.
